Philip started in this industry over 30 years ago with nothing but a paint brush, determination, and a strong belief in integrity. Today, he is the head of ADI Contracting, LLC and Alfieri Painting & Decorating, Inc. with a team of over 40 employees. From strategic planning to completion, Philip is involved with every aspect of a project. Philip brings an exceptionally detailed-oriented, technical, and conscientious perspective to each job he does. With his undeniable leadership skills and customer relations that are second to none, Philip has managed to acquire an impressive client base and an exemplary reputation industry wide.
Cynthia Orendach currently serves as owner and managing member of ADI Contracting, LLC.After earning her degree in accounting from Hofstra University, Cynthia perused her career in the financial end of commercial real estate. After 15 years in the business, she left the corporate world to join forces with Philip Alfieri and started her own business. Today, Cynthia is responsible for overseeing all financial preparations, including financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and insurance relationships. ADI Contracting, LLC now has clients throughout the Tri-State area.
Kevin brings over 18 years of experience and expertise in the commercial construction industry to ADI Contracting, LLC. Kevin has managed and supervised projects at a wide variety of sites, including industrial, commercial, and residential. As the company’s Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for managing a portfolio of various job sites, including planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising project managers, field staff, and contract workers. Kevin approaches all projects with a strong strategic focus and an emphasis on team building while always maintaining a clear path towards achieving project goals. Throughout his career, he has proven to be an asset to the team and a valuable player in bringing complex plans and projects to life.

Senior Project Manager
Born and raised in Florida, Louis literally grew up in the business, as his parents owned a residential construction company. Louis relocated to New York and joined ADI Contracting, LLC in 2017 as a Project Manager, bringing with him his four years’ experience in the construction industry. His daily duties are diverse and include overseeing commercial property renovations, scheduling subcontractors, maintaining daily progress reports, and keeping clients up-to-speed with project development. He also works alongside other ADI team members, assisting in RFP submittals and acting as site supervisor, when needed.
Rosa joined ADI Contracting, LLC in 2013 bringing over 11 years of experience in the accounting field with her. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from CW Post Long Island University and received her MBA in Business at Dowling College. Being fluent in Spanish and English, Rosa has been a valuable asset for nearly a decade. Currently, she is a senior staff accountant at the company, specializing in, preparing sales tax reports, handling all audit, tax and financial reporting, analyzing budgets, and keeping employee records updated.
Senior Staff Accountant
For the past 5 years Danielle has championed the development of new business opportunities by facilitating the detail-intensive RFP and RFI processes. As Project Coordinator, Danielle collects and disseminates all necessary submittal documentation, and maintains harmonious relationships with integral team members including design professionals, subcontractors, consultants, clients, utilities, labor unions, and city and state agencies and municipalities. She also helps coordinate projects prior to their actual construction, oversees field supervisors and the safe execution of all projects.
Christina has been with ADI Contracting, LLC since 2015 and is currently overseeing all the administrative functions in the office as Office Manager. Christina has a varied background in business development, finance, with a little marketing along the way as well. She directly handles financial matters in regard to expenses, accounts payable, payroll, and banking. She oversees the ADI Contracting website, handles inventory, is responsible for the supervision of all administrative staff, and various other administrative tasks. You can direct any administrative issues you have her way and she’d be happy to help you!
