The "Meet and Agree" phase is the initial step in a construction project, where the client and construction team come together to align on the project's vision, goals, and expectations. This stage involves discussing the scope of work, budget, timeline, design preferences, and any specific requirements unique to the project.
The "Idea & Concept" phase is where a construction project begins to take shape. During this stage - early sketches, architectural plans and conceptual layouts are often developed to visualize possibilities and guide decision-making. This phase lays the creative and strategic groundwork for the project, setting the tone for design development and ensuring that all future planning aligns with the original intent.
The "Design & Create" phase is where the project vision is translated into detailed plans and brought to life. Building on the initial concept, architects and engineers develop comprehensive designs that include floor plans, elevations, structural layouts, and system integrations (such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC). These designs are refined through collaboration with the client to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes and regulations. Once finalized and approved, the construction team begins executing the plans on-site—managing materials, labor, and timelines to transform drawings into a fully realized structure.
The "Build & Install" phase marks the transformation of detailed plans into physical form. During this stage, construction moves into full execution—starting with site preparation, foundation work, and structural framing, followed by the installation of essential systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety components. Every element is installed with precision and inspected for quality, safety, and compliance with codes. Once construction is complete, the project transitions to the "Finished Product" phase, where a final walkthrough is conducted, outstanding items are resolved, and the space is delivered ready for use. The result is a fully functional, professionally built environment that meets the client’s vision, operational needs, and long-term value expectations.
