Cynthia Orendach is the founding owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of ADI Contracting, LLC. With a degree in accounting from Hofstra University, Cynthia first embarked on a career in the financial end of commercial construction, where she spent 15 years refining her expertise.
Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and desire for greater autonomy, Cynthia made the bold decision to leave the corporate world and establish ADI Contracting, LLC. With meticulous attention to detail, Cynthia oversees all aspects of ADI Contracting, LLC’s operations during the lifecycle of a construction project from estimating through final completion. Since its inception, Cynthia has utilized her keen business sense and construction industry know-how to drive the company’s success by identifying and successfully executing projects on time and on budget.
Her leadership and financial acumen have been instrumental in guiding ADI Contracting, LLC to prominence in the Tri-State area, where it now boasts a diverse clientele. As a seasoned financial expert, Cynthia is responsible for a wide array of financial tasks, including financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and nurturing crucial insurance relationships. On the operational side, she oversees all of ADI Contracting LLC’s projects and manages the field operations to ensure a seamless and integrated flow of communication from the field to the office.
Cynthia’s journey serves as a testament to the power of blending expertise with entrepreneurial vision. Cynthia brought Philip Alfieri into the company as a Co-Owner as part of a strategic partnership where Cynthia and Philip have used their shared vision to deliver exceptional services and exceed client expectations.
